BRIAN J. ISAAC is a partner and head of the firm’s litigation and appellate department at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco LLP. Mr. Isaac graduated from Brandeis University in 1981, where he was a two sport athlete and cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1984, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and an editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law in which he published “State Taxation of Multinationals and the Unitary Business Concept: A Contemporary View” in 1984. He was admitted to the bar in 1985 and has practiced litigation law for over 30 years. He is a member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association, American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers’ Association, where he has served as Chairman of the Amicus Committee for well over a decade. Mr. Isaac has been recognized for his skills in civil litigation, appellate practice, and personal injury. He has been listed as a “Super Lawyer” every year since 2007 (based on peer recognition and professional achievement), has received the “Ten Best Attorneys” award for exceptional client service from the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys, and is a member of the “Nation’s Top 1%” organization. Mr. Isaac was recently admitted to the prestigious American Academy of Appellate Lawyers in recognition of his distinguished service as an appellate practitioner spanning 3 decades.
